InterMAPhics selected for world's busiest Oceanic Airspace
Gallium's InterMAPhics product has been selected for use in the UK Oceanic ATC center in Prestwick, Scotland.
ATC Maastricht, Feb. 10, 2004 - InterMAPhics will be provided as part of NAV CANADA's Gander Automated Air Traffic System (GAATS), purchased by the U.K.'s National Air Traffic Services (NATS) as the basis for its new Oceanic system. The new system, for the Oceanic Area Control Center in Prestwick, Scotland, will be known as the Shanwick Automated Air Traffic System (SAATS), being developed by NAV CANADA, with NATS' participation. It will replace the UK's current system, the Oceanic Flight Data Processing System.

NAV CANADA Selects Gallium to provide ongoing Engineering Services for CPDLC Project
Gallium and NAV CANADA complete building the display component for the Controller/Pilot Datalink Project.
ATC Maastricht, February 10, 2004 - Gallium Software Inc., a leading provider of user interface software for performance-critical applications, and NAV CANADA are pleased to announce the Shanwick CPDLC Workstation (SWC) is now fully operational. Phase 3 of NAV CANADA's and United Kingdom's National Air Traffic Services' (NATS) collaborative project provides a bi-directional CPDLC front end to the NATS' oceanic flight data processor. Gallium's engineers participated as key contributors to the integrated engineering team, under the leadership of NAV CANADA.
