InterCOM DDS Design

As a middleware, InterCOM resides between the application the transport layer and allows multiple systems across platforms to share information.

InterCOM Components

Publish and Subscribe

As opposed to traditional client and server models, the publish and subscribe model facilitates better data distribution from sensors to many subscribers.

Quality of Service

The Quality of Service (QoS) policies are used to optimize resources and both vary the priority of applications, users, and data flows and vary the level of performance of the data flow. Policies can be divided into descriptive categories, including:

  • Volatility
  • Transport timeliness
  • Transport integrity
  • Entity configuration
  • Entity metadata
Network Transport

Built with 15 years of experience to ensure reliable performance for distributing and marshalling real-time data.

View Tool

The view tool allows developers and integrators to view the network traffic and inject test messages.
