InterCOM DDS Design
As a middleware, InterCOM DDS resides between the application and the transport layer. InterCOM DDS allows multiple systems across platforms to share information.
As opposed to traditional client and server models, the publish and subscribe model facilitates better data distribution from producers of information to the consumers of that information.
Quality of ServiceThe Quality of Service (QoS) policies are used to optimize resources. Policies can be divided into descriptive categories, including:
- Volatility
- Transport timeliness
- Transport integrity
- Entity configuration
- Entity metadata
InterCOM DDS is built upon 15 years of experience in data distribution systems running over Internet Protocol networks.
View ToolThe view tool allows developers and integrators to view the network traffic and inject test messages.
